The interior of the apartment is located in the Norra Tornen residential complex in Stockholm, designed by architect Rem Koolhaas from the architectural office OMA. The investor's objective was to create a modern and welcoming living space. The design aims for an open layout with views of the surroundings. The main intervention involves removing the partition wall between the dining area and the study. The wall is replaced with glass, visually connecting the living room, kitchen, dining area, and study. The furniture is positioned against the wall, allowing for optimal lighting of the workspace and views of the surroundings.

The built-in furniture in the living room embraces two distinct structural elements, giving it a purposeful design. Against the wall, there is a TV unit with a stone base, a fireplace, and metal shelves integrated into the former doorway. The construction element is encased in a wall cladding that continues into a minibar with metal shelves. By using a combination of noble stone and walnut wood, the otherwise minimalist interior is elevated to a higher level.
