Located in northwestern Ljubljana, this new business complex will revitalize a neglected urban site currently occupied by old warehouses and parking lots. The development focuses on green urban renewal, creating pedestrian-friendly zones and cycling paths. Because the surrounding area is heavily industrial, the project introduces a fresh, green atrium system at its core. This system divides the main building into three interconnected typologies: a central hub, an atrium block, and a linear wing.
On the outside, the buildings feature a clean, functional facade. Moving inward, the structures step down in size, creating rooftop terraces that lead into a lush, green atrium. Neutral exterior fascade contrasts with the vibrant, terraced gardens and the central courtyard, which features high trees and a water element. Inside, the design uses a practical column-based structure for maximum layout flexibility, with each building featuring its own entrance and an impressive, double-height lobby.
