The design concept aimed to maintain the openness of the spacious rooms in the apartment while fulfilling the family's functional needs. The main feature is an eight and a half meters long built-in element that includes the kitchen, storage spaces, integrated climate control, and extends into storage elements in the entrance area. It is executed in white color as segmented wall paneling with an emphasized transition from the entrance to the living area, marked by a gilded arch. The sides of the arch open up to reveal storage cabinets.
In the center of the living space, there is a sofa without a prominent backrest that can be reorganized, serving as a resting platform. The dining table harmonizes with the oak flooring, while the dining chairs provide a contrasting black color with slender supports. By reorganizing the existing layout, the bedroom at the end of the hallway has become a separate living element that connects to the walk-in closet. The whiteness of the built-in furniture is accentuated by details such as round handles, the arched passage, black accents on furniture pieces, lighting fixtures, hangers, and furniture supports.
