The comprehensive spatial development project for the local community focuses on creating an open and inclusive space that provides residents with opportunities for socializing, events, and community activities. The central element of the design is a small square, which will serve as the heart of the area and be adaptable for various types of events. The plan also includes a new, smaller public building with shared spaces, oriented towards the square and the newly arranged outdoor areas.
The architectural design is oriented towards the forest, while the service and enclosed facades face the existing residential buildings. The concept is based on creating an accessible and dynamic public space that fosters community connection while ensuring flexibility for everyday use and the organization of various events and gatherings.
