The project is located in an attractive location with an exceptional view of the Adriatic Sea. The main advantage of the site is precisely this panoramic westward view, which becomes the central element of the house’s design. The architectural concept is based on a carefully considered balance between privacy and openness. The house is closed off towards neighboring plots and existing buildings while opening up towards the view and the garden. The living areas are arranged around an inner courtyard and oriented towards the views, connected by a double-height space that further enhances the sense of spaciousness.

The sleeping areas are oriented east-west, overlooking the olive grove. The ground-floor living spaces are additionally illuminated by eastern light through the inner atrium. The architectural design incorporates a dynamic spatial arrangement (raumplan), with a partially embedded double-story section, which allows for better integration into the terrain while also providing sea views from the upper levels. The ground floor features higher living spaces, while the double-story section includes slightly lower sleeping and secondary living areas. To achieve harmony with the Mediterranean context of the location, the building features a gable roof, which visually reduces its volume and creates a balanced relationship with the surrounding environment.
