The distinctly urban surroundings of the planned single-family house and the small plot size dictated the design of a compact floor plan for this high-end residence. The vertically articulated volume of the building features an open ground floor with a double-height living area, which opens towards the green surroundings through a two-story glazed fascade.
The upper floor accommodates the sleeping area and a workspace in the gallery. Due to the volume offset, the master bedroom has direct access to a side terrace oriented towards the south. The rooftop terrace, facing the Alps, includes a glass-enclosed gym with a wellness area. Due to the building’s significant height, the façade is structured using three different materials, which visually reduce its mass while enhancing its architectural dynamism.
