The atrium design of the mixed-use building allows for the placement of commercial and residential units with optimal natural lighting from the east, south, and west. The ground floor is designated for public programs, such as commercial and retail spaces, which extend along the entire street-facing fascade. The residential section of the building has two separate entrances, located at the northwestern and northeastern corners. The entrances are designed as glazed loggias, providing residents with direct access to the private inner atrium.

The atrium is designed as a green space, intended for a children's playground and recreational areas. Placing these functions within the atrium ensures a safe play environment for the youngest residents. Beneath the entire building, there is a single basement level that includes a garage, storage rooms, and technical facilities. The building contains a total of 34 apartments, distributed across two floors in two primary size categories. The project combines modern architectural design, functional spatial organization, and a thoughtful integration into the urban environment.
