The comprehensive renovation project preserves the architectural qualities of the existing modernist design of the atrium house. The well-planned existing floor layout, which orients all living spaces towards the central atrium, is enhanced through a spatial reorganization that further connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas into a unified, open space.
The key spatial intervention is the opening of the ceiling in the central part of the house, creating additional a sense of spaciousness. The interior design is based on a neutral backdrop of wooden and ceramic flooring combined with white walls, serving as a foundation for carefully placed furniture with colorful accents.
