The project involves a comprehensive renovation of an existing semi-detached house, focusing on a modern, timeless, and flexible interior. The main quality of the house is a spacious and bright living area with large window openings, complemented by a comfortable attic, where a youth apartment will be arranged.
The interior design is based on the use of natural materials and a soft color palette of warm pastel tones, light wood, and a combination of white and black. The design follows a simple and clean aesthetic, creating a pleasant and functional home. The material palette includes natural tones, light parquet, and terrazzo ceramics, complemented by furniture in shades of desaturated wood and brown metal, combined with stone.
