The residential development consists of four units, organized as two pairs of twin houses situated on sloping terrain. Due to the site’s topography, the access road is positioned between the building volumes, serving not only as a point of entry but also as a shared open space that functions as a common area between the houses. The lower pair of houses is designed as two-story buildings, with entry through the living area and a descent to the sleeping quarters located on the lower level. The upper pair is conceived as three-story houses, with parking and service areas embedded into the terrain at the ground level, living spaces on the first floor, and bedrooms on the second.
Each unit maintains direct access to the terrain from both the living and bedroom areas. The outdoor landscape is structured with retaining walls and abundant greenery, anchoring the buildings into the sloped site and enhancing the integration with the natural surroundings.
