The project of two multi-apartment buildings is based on a pragmatic design of volumes, which are volumetrically articulated and facade-treated to visually reduce their presence and seamlessly integrate into the urban environment. The architectural design places great emphasis on well-organized shared outdoor spaces, including pedestrian areas, playgrounds, and green spaces. Traffic is clearly separated from the residential buildings, ensuring greater safety and comfort for residents.
The apartments are designed to be functional and spacious, with a focus on two- and three-room units featuring a well-thought-out floor plan. Large glass surfaces provide ample natural light, loggias offer private outdoor areas, and corner living rooms that further enhance the sense of space and openness. The entire project follows the principles of modern, sustainable, and user-friendly architecture, combining aesthetic refinement with high functionality.
