This project is an approach that adds value to the renovation of an existing building on the plot. The house's load-bearing structure consists of reinforced concrete columns with brick infill. As part of the renovation, we meticulously integrate a new program into the preserved structure and create a new building envelope with a modern facade.
In terms of spatial arrangement, the ground floor is arranged in a way that always ensures a clear view into the workshop and from it. On the upper floor, windows facing southeast provide ample light in the workspace, while on the other side, they offer views towards nature.
