The design of the single family house is shaped by the articulation of a simple orthogonal gabled volume, which has been split in height and length through architectural intervention. This volumetric articulation responds to the elongated shape of the plot and orients the house’s glazings toward the outer edges of the site.
The floor plan is pragmatic in its dimensions yet dynamic in spatial experience, creating open, light-filled interiors that connect seamlessly with the exterior and elevate the facade’s expression. The articulated volume is further emphasized by a dynamic window composition and a traditional wooden roof formed by the combination of two single-pitch roofs.
