The cultural center and library represent key focal points of public life in smaller towns, as they create a space for gatherings, the exchange of ideas, cultural events, and education. The architectural design of the project is thoughtfully adapted to the urban fabric of the settlement, both in terms of scale and visual integration into the space. The volume of the new building is visually reduced by partially embedding one basement level, which houses the auditorium as the largest spatial program. In accordance with the requirements, the building includes a gable roof with a ridge oriented east–west, continuing the predominant orientation of the surrounding structures. The height adjustment of the roof to the neighboring buildings, particularly along the southern street facade, allows for a harmonious integration into the existing built environment. Towards the square, the building gradually lowers, adapting to the human scale.
