The building has been designed as a standalone structure, with a compact volume, set back from the main road. In front of the building, there is a small square that serves as a gathering, socializing, and waiting area for hotel guests and other visitors. The building's facade is derived from the traditional design of Alpine houses, reinterpreted in a contemporary manner that responds to the conditions of the building typology.

The building is vertically organized, with the main element of connectivity being an internal atrium that penetrates all floors of the building as an empty space, illuminating the hallway and the central part of the building. The ground floor and basement are connected by a wide amphitheater staircase, which serves as a transition between the floors and is designed as an extension of the ground floor. The staircase becomes a space for socializing, events, and an informal breakfast area.
