The project consists of two buildings: a main administrative building and a lecture pavilion situated on the upper side of the plot. To accommodate the steep terrain of the location, the main administrative building is designed as a two-part volume. The first part of the building encompasses common work areas, a reception, and a lecture room. It is constructed using concrete and is semi-recessed into the terrain. The second part is a light wooden pavilion positioned above, housing the director's offices.
The building is thoughtfully organized around an atrium, which not only provides ample two-sided natural lighting to the ground floor offices but also enables an outdoor connection to the lecture pavilion situated on the upper part of the plot.
