The project envisions the construction of a modern single-family house on a distinctly elongated plot with a wide, open view of the field. The key objective of the design is to create an architecture that opens towards nature while simultaneously closing off towards the road and neighboring buildings with a service fascade. The design is based on modern architecture and a dynamic ground-floor layout. Due to the house's longitudinal floor plan, atriums are placed along the long fascades to ensure natural light from side of the house reaches the interior spaces.
The architectural articulation of the floor plan is based on parallel walls, which enable a dynamic spatial composition within a linear layout while allowing light to enter through carefully considered volumetric shifts. The upper floor contrasts with the ground floor, as it is designed as a simple, rectangular volume, emphasizing the pragmatic and functional nature of the overall design. The project combines modern aesthetics, functionality, and an optimal adaptation to the space and natural surroundings.
