The project encompasses the design of four multi-residential units and four estate homes. The urban design of the complex is based on ensuring individuality while maintaining harmony among the built structures, all while providing each residential unit with an open corner view towards the sea. In architectural design, special attention is given to a contextual approach in material selection, referencing traditional coastal architecture typologies with the use of modern elements.
The design of the villas focuses on exclusivity and privacy. Each villa accommodates four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and features a private overflow pool with a sea view. The design of the multi-residential buildings follows the same principles as the villas. Each multi-residential building contains a total of five apartments: two on the ground floor, two on the first floor, and one terrace apartment.
