The design of the twin-house is based on a dynamic architectural composition of a required symmetrical structure. The facade design incorporates an alternating combination of plaster and panel cladding, emphasizing the rhythm of facade openings to create an architecturally dynamic building appearance.
Each unit provides two covered parking spaces and a sheltered entrance. The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area with dual-aspect lighting, ensuring brightness and spaciousness. The upper floor includes two bedrooms and a master bedroom with a private walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom.
